Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral estudia los efectos del carbono inorganico, nitrato y fosfato en las caracteristicas fotosinteticas y metabolicas de un alga roja, gracilaria tenuistipitata. Tras un brillante capitulo metodologico de aislamiento y cuantificacion de la enzima rubisco, por electroforesis en geles de poliacrimida (sds-page), los resultados obtenidos muestran el efecto significativo de las tres variables estudiadas sobre la fotosintesis en relacion al c inorganico, concentraciones elevadas (5% co2) provocan una disminucion de la tasa maxima de fotosintesis y de la eficiencia fotosintetica, debido a una bajada de la actividad anhidrasa carbonica y del contenido de rubisco y de pigmentos fotosinteticos, asi como de proteinas solubles.  por otro lado, la limitacion de nitrato o de fosfato causan una reduccion de la fijacion fotosintetica de carbono, asi como una diferencia clara en los contenidos de pigmentos fotosinteticos y de rubisco en comparacion con situaciones de suministro optimo de nutrientes.
