Sagrario <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo del presente trabajo ha sido identificar si el bloqueo de la apoptosis afecta mecanismos de selecci\u00f3n, positiva y negativa que operan en el timo y si ello conlleva el desarrollo de manifestaciones linfoproliferativas y\/o autoimunes. Para este fin generamos ratones transg\u00e9nicos que expresaban inhibidores de apoptosis, p35 y opiap en c\u00e9lulas t. Adem\u00e1s para realizar el an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s fino, cruzamos estos animales con ratones transg\u00e9nicos que expresan un \u00fanico receptor de c\u00e9lulas t (f5) y que posee especificidad para un epitopo de la nucleoprote\u00edna del virus de la gripe.  los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de &#8212; prote\u00ednas, p35 y opiap, inhibe la apoptosis que subyace a la selecci\u00f3n negativa de los linfocitos en el timo. Adem\u00e1s, la presencia de opiap hace a las c\u00e9lulas t m\u00e1s susceptibles a la estimulaci\u00f3n mediada por el receptor clonot\u00edpico, lo cual se refleja en una mayor producci\u00f3n de citoquinas y la mayor susceptibilidad al desarrollo de respuestas de inflamaci\u00f3n en el modelo de hipersensibilidad por contacto.
