Los sistemas constituidos por aleaciones semiconductoras iii-v son componentes clave de esos dispositivos, de ah\u00ed la importancia del estudio de esas aleaciones. En esta tesis se realiza el estudio microestructural de cinco sistemas de aleaciones: ingasb, inalsb, ingap, gaasp y incaas.  la elecci\u00f3n de aleaciones iii-v semiconductoras para su empleo como dispositivos opto-electr\u00f3nico requiere un conocimiento previo lo m\u00e1s completo posible de sus propiedades y caracter\u00edsticas. La dificultad de obtener una integraci\u00f3n monol\u00edtica al crecer las epicapas, se debe a la diferencia de par\u00e1metro reticular entre ellas y tiene como consecuencia la aparici\u00f3n de defectos no deseables. Al mismo tiempo no solo deben considerarse los defectos debidos al desajuste reticular entre epicapa y sustrato, sino tambi\u00e9n otros factores que pueden afectar a la calidad de la epitaxia, como inhomogeneidades composicionales y estructurales en las epicapas.  se ha realizado un estudio mediante microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n (tem) de las aleaciones antes mencionadas, y se describe su microestructura bajo distintas condiciones y t\u00e9cnicas de crecimiento. En las aleaciones de compuestos de sb, con un desajuste reticular alto, se han encontrado diferencias notables en su microestructura al pasar de inalsb a ingasb, con aparici\u00f3n de dislocaciones verticales, tal vez relacionadas con modulaci\u00f3n composicional. En las aleaciones de ingap y ingaas, se comprueba la existencia de modulaci\u00f3n composicional y, en algunos casos, ordenamiento at\u00f3mico. en la \u00fanica aleaci\u00f3n crecida bajo
