Vida, obra, traxectoria c\u00edvica e pensamento constituye una biograf\u00eda completa del citado autor, es decir, un relato cronol\u00f3gicamente ordenado de los hechos, actividades, facetas y producciones de que fue protagonista, integrados y debidamente relacionados en su contexto hist\u00f3rico. El trabajo, en particular, reconstruye, con la contextualizaci\u00f3n debida, la trayectoria biogr\u00e1fica del autor, se\u00f1alando en ella los hitos m\u00e1s destacados. Menciona y analiza, igualmente, su producci\u00f3n literaria, principalmente teatral, relacion\u00e1ndola con el conjunto de las letras gallegas anteriores a la guerra civil. Presta atenci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n a su labor period\u00edstica, recuperando numerosos textos olvidados y\/o desconocidos, reflexionando sobre las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s destacadas de su estilo y haciendo un seguimiento pormenorizado de su trayectoria en las m\u00faltiples y diversas cabeceras de prensa en las que colabor\u00f3. Sistematiza, as\u00ed mismo, las l\u00edneas generales de su evoluci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica e ideol\u00f3gica, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a suintervenci\u00f3n en las \u00abirmandadas da fala\u00bb y en la ing, as\u00ed como a su labor c\u00edvico y pol\u00edtico como diputado y militante de la orga, primero, y del pg, despu\u00e9s. Describe las ideas desarrolladas por ant\u00f3n villar en torno al idioma gallego, en la perspectiva de la regalleguizaci\u00f3n de la sociedad.
