Aunque se ha dedicado mucho trabajo observacional, semi-emp\u00edrico y te\u00f3rico a este asunto, todav\u00eda no existe acuerdo generalizado sobre el escenario f\u00edsico adecuado para reproducir los numerosos observables medidos en diversas condiciones (alta y baja resoluci\u00f3n espacial,  son su evoluci\u00f3n temporal, en 1 \u00f3 2 dimensiones espaciales, en distintas longitudes de onda, etc.) Y utilizando diferentes t\u00e9cnicas (fotometr\u00eda, espectroscop\u00eda \u00f3 espectropolarmetr\u00eda).  un estudio observacional cuidadoso y su comparaci\u00f3n con modelos semi-emp\u00edricos y sofisticados simulaciones num\u00e9ricos como el abordado en esta tesis, contribuye a &#8212; luz sobre esta cuesti\u00f3n y a proporcionar las prescindibles restricciones observacionales a la teor\u00eda.  este trabajo parte de observaciones fotom\u00e9tricas con alta resoluci\u00f3n espacio obtenidos en la svst@orm (la palma) en varias longitudes de &#8212; en el visible e ir, estas \u00faltimas de especial inter\u00e9s por no ser tan abundantes las observaciones de la fotosfera en dicho rango del espectro solar. Los datos corresponden a granulaci\u00f3n en calma y varias regiones activas en distintas posiciones del centro al borde del disco solar.  algunas observaciones se obtuvieron durante un eclipse parcial del sol, por lo que han podido ser satisfactoriamente restauradas de la degradaci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica e instrumental gracias al desarrollo de un novedoso filtro ad hoc drivado de los propios datos. Las observaciones han sido comparadas con &#8212; num\u00e9ricas y datos sintetizadas aplicando un c\u00f3digo 3-d de transporte radiactivo a modelos semi-emp\u00edricos. La tesis aborda un problema refrescante y el trabajo ha sido realizado con gran rigor, de modo que ha producido ya como art\u00edculos en revistas internacionales &#8212; y varias comunicaciones a
