Para ello nos hemos marcado las siguientes metas concretas:  * dise\u00f1o y s\u00edntesis de receptores dim\u00e9ricos.  * s\u00edntesis (partici\u00f3n y mezcla) de una biblioteca pept\u00eddica con codificado qu\u00edmico.  * estudios de selectividad y afinidad de los receptores dim\u00e9ricos.  se llev\u00f3 a cabo la s\u00edntesis de dos receptores dim\u00e9ricos basados en la uni\u00f3n de dos centros activos a trav\u00e9s de un brazo o conector arom\u00e1tico, de forma que cada centro activo reconozca una regi\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido.  para estudiar las propiedades de los receptores sintetizados, se prepar\u00f3 una biblioteca pept\u00eddica sobre soporte s\u00f3lido con el m\u00e9todo combinatorio de \u00abpartici\u00f3n y mezcla\u00bb con codificado de still. Los p\u00e9ptidos poseen dos secuencias tripept\u00eddicas id\u00e9nticas fijas en los extremos, que se enlazar\u00edan a los centros activos. El tramo intermedio consta de una secuencia variable de amino\u00e1cidos elaborada combinatorialmente. La s\u00edntesis de la biblioteca se llev\u00f3 a cabo utilizando 23 amino\u00e1cidos de las series d y l con las cadenas laterales protegidas y 17 marcadores arom\u00e1ticos polihalogenados.  se hicieron ensayos de selectividad y afinidad de los receptores con la biblioteca y el receptor que posee un brazo m\u00e1s largo y flexible, result\u00f3 ser el m\u00e1s selectivo. \u00e9Ste reconoce dos secuencias pept\u00eddicas (ac-(d)asn-(l)val-gly-(d)pro-(d)val-(d)asn-(l)val-gly-poliestireno, y ac-(d)asn-(l)val-gly-(d)pro-(d)pro-(l)lys-(d)asn-(l)val-gly-poliestireno) con unas constantes de asociaci\u00f3n superiores a las que presenta uno solo de los centros activos con un trip\u00e9ptido. Estos resultados est\u00e1n a favor del reconocimiento del nonap\u00e9ptido por los dos extremos del receptor.  se han realizado estudios preliminares de modelizaci\u00f3n molecular y se aprecia un
