Al hilo de la investigaci\u00f3n desarrollada se rompe con instituciones como el \u00e1nimo de lucro, consumici\u00f3n anticipada, las innunmerables ficciones que habitan a\u00fan hoy dentro de los tipos penales y, en definitiva, se propone un redise\u00f1o del tipo someti\u00e9ndolo a los requisitos constitucionales, afectando tambi\u00e9n a las circunstancias como el disfraz, la reinicidencia
