Aurora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La proliferaci\u00f3n celular inducida por prolactina (prl), requiere de la uni\u00f3n de una mol\u00e9cula de hormona a dos de receptor. El receptor de prl (prlr) pertenece a la familia de receptores de citoquinas tipo i, que carecen de actividad quinasa intr\u00ednseca y poseen un \u00fanico dominio transmembrana. la tirosina quinasa jak2 que se encuentra asociada de forma constitutiva al receptor, a nivel de la caja 1, desempe\u00f1a un papel cr\u00edtico en la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales. Tras la uni\u00f3n del ligando se produce la fosforilaci\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n de las jaks asociadas que a su vez fosforilan al receptor en tirosina, creando lugares de anclaje para posibles prote\u00ednas citos\u00f3licas con dominios sh2. As\u00ed mediante la asociaci\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n de varias mol\u00e9culas se\u00f1alizadoras se desencadenan una serie de cascadas de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales como es el caso de las v\u00edas jak2\/stat5, ras\/mapk y pi3k, que promueven la proliferaci\u00f3n celular. La familia de tirosinas quinasas src (fks), tambi\u00e9n es activada por prl.  en el presente trabajo, hemos tratado de analizar la impliaci\u00f3n de la fks en la proliferaci\u00f3n celular estimulada por prl. Para ello, estudiamos diferentes rutas implicadas en la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n que promueven proliferaci\u00f3n. as\u00ed nuestros resultados demuestran que la fks es activada por prl y dicha activaci\u00f3n es necesaria para la transici\u00f3n de la fase g1 a la fase s, en el ciclo celular, y est\u00e1 implicada en la activaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de los genes de inducci\u00f3n temprana c-fos, c-myc, c-jun y odc. Tambi\u00e9n se ha observado que fks media la activaci\u00f3n de la fosforilaci\u00f3n de la fosfatasa shp2, as\u00ed como la estimulaci\u00f3n de diferentes quinasas citoplasm\u00e1ticas dependientes de la v\u00eda pi3k.
