Se estudian tambi\u00e9n los tipos de \u00e1cido si\u00e1licos.  seguidamente se analizan los cambios en el contenido de oligosac\u00e1ridos sialilados a lo largo de la lactaci\u00f3n haciendo una comparaci\u00f3n con la composici\u00f3n encontrada en la leche de vaca y en f\u00f3rmulas infantiles. Se identificaron siete oligosac\u00e1ridos sialilados en leche humana.  un tercer apartado aborda la capacidad inhibitoria de los oligosac\u00e1ridos de la leche frente a cepas de escherichia coli enterotoxig\u00e9nicas y la responsabilidad de la fracci\u00f3n sialilada en dicha inhibici\u00f3n.  por \u00faltimo, se realiza un estudio m\u00e1s exhaustivo del contenido y de la composici\u00f3n de los gangli\u00f3sidos a lo largo de la lactaci\u00f3n y de su contenido en \u00e1cidos grasos. Finalmente se estudia la capacidad de uni\u00f3n de estas mol\u00e9culas a una cepa enterotoxig\u00e9nica.  a lo largo de todo el estudio se compara la composici\u00f3n de la leche de mujeres espa\u00f1olas con aquella econtrada en leche de mujeres cubanas, en cuanto al contenido de sialogliconjugados se refiere.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
