Pedrido Casti\u00f1eiras <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se sintetizaron y caracterizaci\u00f3n los complejos de mn, fe, co, ni, cu, ag, zn, cd, al, sn y pb utilizando s\u00edntesis electroqu\u00edmica y\/o s\u00edntesis qu\u00edmica, con nueve ligandos bases de schiff pentadentados derivados de 2,6-diacetilpiridina y de diferentes aminas: cuatro derivados de hidrazidas, cuatro derivados de tiosemicarbazidas, tres derivados de amidas y uno derivado de una amina tosilada. A partir de los resultados experimentales obtenidos de la caracterizaci\u00f3n de estos complejos se trat\u00f3 de analizar los factores que influyen en la formaci\u00f3n de helicatos supramoleculares, como pueden ser el metal, el disolvente de s\u00edntesis y\/o recristalizaci\u00f3n, el m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis, la presencia de \u00e1tomos donadores blandos como azufre &#8230; Etc. sobre esto destacaremos:  * los complejos de mn, fe, co, al, sn y pb son mon\u00f3meros bipiramidales pentagonales, piramidales pentagonales o planto pentagonales, todos ellos no helicoidales; los de ni y zn d\u00edmeros helicoidales, los de cd mon\u00f3meros no helicatos para sistemas n3o2 y d\u00edmeros caja no helicoidales para los sistemas n3s2; los complejos de cu y ag pueden ser d\u00edmeros helicatos o tetr\u00e1meros bishelicoidales dependiendo del m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis. Los requerimientos electr\u00f3nicos y coordinativos del metal juegan pues un papel determinante en la formaci\u00f3n de helicatos.  * la rescristalizaci\u00f3n de complejos mon\u00f3meros bipiramidales pentagonales en disolventes fuertemente donadores conduce a estructuras similares en las que s\u00f3lo se cambian las mol\u00e9culas de disolvente que ocupan las posiciones apicales. La recristalizaci\u00f3n de un compuesto bishelicoidal dinuclear de n\u00edquel en un disolvente fuertemente dador no provoca la ruptura de la doble h\u00e9lice, sino que da lugar a otra h\u00e9lice diferente, en la que se rompen los puentes piridina y se introducen mol\u00e9culas de disolvente.
