{"id":18771,"date":"2018-03-09T09:07:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:07:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/protimosina-alfa-estudio-de-su-modo-de-accion-sobre-celulas-linfoides\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:07:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:07:27","slug":"protimosina-alfa-estudio-de-su-modo-de-accion-sobre-celulas-linfoides","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/protimosina-alfa-estudio-de-su-modo-de-accion-sobre-celulas-linfoides\/","title":{"rendered":"Protimosina alfa: estudio de su modo de acci\u00f3n sobre c\u00e9lulas linfoides"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Alicia Pi\u00f1eiro Redondo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Protimosina alfa (pro t alfa) es una prote\u00edna altamente conservada y ampliamente distribuida cuya funci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica todav\u00eda no es conocida. ha demostrado tener una gran capacidad inmunopotenciadora en estudios realizados con c\u00e9lulas procedentes de donantes sanos y especialmente en aquellos realizados con c\u00e9lulas procedentes de pacientes de c\u00e1ncer o distintas enfermedades autoimunes, al igual que en modelos experimentales animales.  en una b\u00fasqueda del posible mecanismo molecular responsable de los efectos de pro t alfa sobre c\u00e9lulas linfoides, nos hemos propuesto determinar la existencia de un posible receptor\/es para esta prote\u00edna en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica de estos tipos celulares. Mediante la obtenci\u00f3n de un derivado biotinilado de pro t alfa con integridad tanto estructural como funcional, hemos conseguido caracterizar la existencia de un receptor espec\u00edfico, saturable e inducible por estimulaci\u00f3n mitog\u00e9nica para esta prote\u00edna en la superficie de linfoblastos activados. El cross-linking de afinidad entre pro t alfa y sus mol\u00e9culas aceptoras ha revelado que \u00e9stas poseen una mr aproximada de 61,43,31,29 y 22 kda, siendo las dos primeras de presencia minoritaria.  del an\u00e1lisis de distintos tipos y l\u00edneas celulares se ha concluido que este receptor se expresa en leucocitos de forma generalizada. Su distribuci\u00f3n en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica es heterog\u00e9nea y se encuentra asociado a microdominios raft, especializaciones funcionales de la membrana celular estrechamente relacionadas con los procesos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n.  mediante experimentos de estimulaci\u00f3n de linfoblastos con pro t alfa hemos observado que se genera una activaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda de transducci\u00f3n de las map quinasas reguladas por se\u00f1ales extracelulares (erk 1\/2), lo que conjuntamente con la descripci\u00f3n del receptor espec\u00edfico en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica de estas mismas c\u00e9lulas constituir\u00eda un mecanismo molecular que podr\u00eda explicar la actividad biol\u00f3g<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
