{"id":18795,"date":"2018-03-09T09:07:29","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/desarrollo-de-un-biorreactor-integrado-anaerobio-aerobio-de-pela%c2%adculas-fija-para-la-depuracion-de-aguas-residuales-de-matadero\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:07:29","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:07:29","slug":"desarrollo-de-un-biorreactor-integrado-anaerobio-aerobio-de-pela%c2%adculas-fija-para-la-depuracion-de-aguas-residuales-de-matadero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/desarrollo-de-un-biorreactor-integrado-anaerobio-aerobio-de-pela%c2%adculas-fija-para-la-depuracion-de-aguas-residuales-de-matadero\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo de un biorreactor integrado anaerobio-aerobio de pel\u00edculas fija para la depuraci\u00f3n de aguas residuales de matadero"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Pozo Fern\u00e1ndez Rodrigo Del <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral presigue el desarrollo de biorreactores integrados aerobio\/anaerobio de pelicula fija con relleno ordenado consistente en tubos  corrugados de pvc, para el tratamiento de aguas residuales de matadero. con ese objetivo se realiz\u00f3 una primera fase de estudio de la viabilidad a escala laboratorio con reactores anaerobios, seguida del estudio de la eficacia del reactor en modo aerobio para pasar al sistema combinado de un reactor aerobio conectado a otro anaerobio.  la fase experimental a escala laboratorio permiti\u00f3 conclu\u00edr que el proceso anaerobio es capaz de eliminar elevadas cargas org\u00e1nicas a temperaturas ambiente, manteniendo el tiempo de residencia hidr\u00e1ulico en valores moderados. el proceso de nitrificaci\u00f3n se encontr\u00f3 limitado por la competencia con el proceso heter\u00f3trofo y la inhibici\u00f3n por amoniaco libre. La combinaci\u00f3n de ambos procesos permiti\u00f3 determinar las condiciones adecuadas de relaci\u00f3n de vol\u00famenes, recirculaci\u00f3n y relaci\u00f3n c\/n de la alimentaci\u00f3n para que la eliminaci\u00f3n de materia org\u00e1nica se produjese por v\u00eda anaerobia, lo que favorece la nitrificaci\u00f3n y reduce los costes de aireaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de lodos. Se comprob\u00f3 que una excesiva recirculaci\u00f3n puede producir inhibici\u00f3n de la nitrificaci\u00f3n y disminuir la eficacia de los proceso anaerobios.  dados los buenos resultados obtenidos en esta fase y debido a la imposibilidad de estudiar el comportamiento integrado de los dos procesos en un solo reactor de laboratorio, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 y construy\u00f3 un reactor a escala piloto en un espacio cedido con tal fin en el matadero de la cooperativa av\u00edcola y ganadera de burgos, con cuyas aguas se estaba trabajando. Con este reactor se retom\u00f3 el estudio del proceso anaerobio estricto, con aguas residuales tomadas in-situ y a temperatura ambiente, comprobando la elevada capacidad de carga, que se vi\u00f3
