El hilo conductor se har\u00e1 visible a trav\u00e9s de la indagaci\u00f3n de tres t\u00e9rminos, diversidad, desigualdad e interculturalidad, que evolucionan a trav\u00e9s de tres d\u00e9cadas en el marco de una escolaridad cada vez m\u00e1s inserta en sociedades pluriculturales. este hilo conductor nos lleva a la vez a explorar como estos t\u00e9rminos van introduci\u00e9ndose en los procesos formativos del profesorado e implican que \u00e9ste asuma su posici\u00f3n de sujeto cultural interactivo en las relaciones educativas.  la tesis concluye que la propuesta formativa-transformativa en el marco de las relaciones interculturales explorada introduce cambios en el posicionamiento y la percepci\u00f3n de los docentes respecto a c\u00f3mo abordar el universo multicultural de sus alumnos, simpre y cuando exista un posicionamiento activo previo, una capacidad para posicionarse como sujetos culturales y un inter\u00e9s en una autoreflexi\u00f3n sobre las propias pr\u00e1cticas y sobre la din\u00e1micas institucionales. la formaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda ayudar as\u00ed a los maestros a descodificar el car\u00e1cter hegem\u00f3nico de las pr\u00e1cticas educativas y del lenguaje o cultural \u00abdel poder\u00bb que circula en la transmisi\u00f3n educativa y el alumnado deber\u00eda aprender a manejarse en el c\u00f3digo de la cultura legitimizada, pero sin que esto implicase anular sus
