La escasa bibliografia existente, referida al melanoma (mm) muestra resultados controvertidos.  el objetivo principal de este estudio, ha sido valorar en nuestra serie de 78mm, los factores pronosticos clinicos e histologicos convencionales, contrastandolos con parametros patobiologicos, fundamentalmente la ploidia de adn.  la evaluacion del contenido en adn en 25 de nuestros casos, no ha mostrado relacion con la supervivencia. Este hecho, puede ser explicado por el tama\u00f1o de la muestra.  sin embargo, hemos observado que los melanomas diploides tenian un elevado intervalo libre de enfermedad (ile) y siguen todos vivos sin enfermedad. Los aneuploides, se asociaron con mayor frecuencia a tumores gruesos, siendo el espesor de breslow, la variable con mayor significado pronostico en nuestro estudio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
