En concreto, la hip\u00f3tesis a contrastar es s\u00ed los convenios de empresa comprimen la dispersi\u00f3n salarial en mayor medida que otro tipo de convenio que pueda regular las relaciones laborales de la empresa. Para ello, a partir de los datos contenidos en la encuesta de estructura salarial, se lleva a cabo una primera estimaci\u00f3n para el conjunto de la muestra. Con el fin de solventar las ineficiencias de este m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis, se propone un m\u00e9todo alternativo dividiendo la muestra inicial entre empresas con convenio propio y con otro tipo de convenido. Dado que este proceso de divisi\u00f3n puede no ser estrictamente aleatorio, se utiliza el m\u00e9todo de estimaci\u00f3n en dos etapas propuesto por heckman. Con los resultados obtenidos se procede a aplicar el m\u00e9todo de descomposici\u00f3n de oaxaca-blinder con el objeto de cuantificar qu\u00e9 parte de las diferencias en dispersi\u00f3n observadas entre ambos grupos de empresas se debe a la naturaleza del convenio y qu\u00e9 parte se debe las caracter\u00edsticas propias de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
