Las c\u00e9lulas tumorales transfectadas con adcmvip-10 secretan mip-10 funcional al medio de cultivo con capacidad para atraer c\u00e9lulas t activadas. La inyecci\u00f3n intratumoral de adcmvip-10 en n\u00f3dulos tumorales subcut\u00e1neos de c\u00e1ncer de colon tiene un ligero efecto antitumoral, pero no permite la regresi\u00f3n de los tumores experimentales en la mayor\u00eda de los casos. La transducci\u00f3n de met\u00e1stasis hep\u00e1ticas de c\u00e1ncer de colon con adcmvip-10 potencia notablemente la eficacia antitumoral de la terapia adoptiva con linfocitos antitumorales. la administraci\u00f3n de adcmvip-10 potencia enormemente la eficacia antitumoral de dosis sub\u00f3ptimas de adcmvil-12, consiguiendo la regresi\u00f3n completa del 100% tanto de los n\u00f3dulos tumorales tratados como de los n\u00f3dulos distantes no tratados directamente, y generando inmunidad protectiva a largo plazo. para conseguir esta eficacia antitumoral es necesario que ambos adenovirus sean inyectados en el mismo n\u00f3dulo tumoral. La transferencia combinada de los genes ip-10 e il-12 genera una respuesta de ctls espec\u00edfica frente a las c\u00e9lulas tumorales y activa una respuesta antitumoral mediada por las c\u00e9lulas cd4+. Las c\u00e9lulas nk tambi\u00e9n parecen desempe\u00f1ar una funci\u00f3n destacada como efectoras de la respuesta antitumoral generada.
