Los resultados obtenidos, como por ejemplo, el ancho de la banda prohibida y la energ\u00eda de enlace del excit\u00f3n, permiten contar con magnitudes de referencia para los posteriores an\u00e1lisis.  a continuaci\u00f3n, se estudian muestras de gan acecidas sobre zafiro y dopadas con mg en un amplio rango de concentraci\u00f3n, defectos morfol\u00f3gicos de sorprendente estructura piramidal cobre la superficie a medida de aumenta la concentraci\u00f3n de magnesio. La formaci\u00f3n de tales estructuras quedan convicentemente explicada a partir de un modelo basado en la presencia de defectos de aplamiento (aaciados por dispersi\u00f3n raman), unidos a la incidencia de enlaces vacantes debido a un cambio revisible de la polaridad.  finalmente, se estudian meterojunturas de aiban\/gan a fin de observar la recombinaci\u00f3n del gas electr\u00f3nico bidiemensional (2de6) ubicado en la intercara. Sirivi\u00e9ndonos de medidas de fotocuminiscencia a bajas temperaturas, y bajo la aplicaci\u00f3n de un campo el\u00e9ctrico exterior, pudimos distinguir por primera vez la emisi\u00f3n exitonica asociada al gas electr\u00f3nico en heterouniones no dopadas intercionalmente. Como complemento, se estudia por \u00faltimo la influencia de la tensi\u00f3n residual sobre la concentraci\u00f3n laminar del 2de6 mediante los corrimentos de los fonones e2, as\u00ed como los
