Esther <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n consisti\u00f3, en primer lugar, en la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de un pseudol\u00e1tex, dise\u00f1ado a partir de una f\u00f3rmula inicial recogida de los documentos bibliogr\u00e1ficos revisados. En segundo lugar, procedimos a realizar un estudio de adsorci\u00f3n de 2 glucocorticoides (budes\u00f3nida y hspna) sobre esta f\u00f3rmula de dise\u00f1o propio analizando la influencia de diversos factores y viendo como el porcentaje de f\u00e1rmaco adsorbido aumenta cuando se incrementa la concentraci\u00f3n del mismo, con la presencia de electrolitos (cl3al), y con la inserci\u00f3n del principio activo en la fase acuosa durante la s\u00edntesis del l\u00e1tex.  as\u00ed mismo, se realiza un estudio de liberaci\u00f3n comprobando como la inclusi\u00f3n de complejos f\u00e1rmaco-l\u00e1tex y, sobretodo, complejos en los que el f\u00e1rmaco es incluido durante la fase de s\u00edntesis del sistema, retardando la cesi\u00f3n al medio de liberaci\u00f3n y que las formulaciones silic\u00f3nicas t\u00f3picas que incluyeran este tipo de complejos con el glucocorticoide budes\u00f3nida podr\u00edan ser muy interesantes para un tratamiento antiinflamatorio t\u00f3pico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>S\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de un l\u00e1tex de etilcelulosa como transportador de glucocorticoides en formas farmac\u00e9uticas t\u00f3picas<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 S\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de un l\u00e1tex de etilcelulosa como transportador de glucocorticoides en formas farmac\u00e9uticas t\u00f3picas <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Garc\u00eda Aguilar M.
