Carmen Saorin Iborra <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta investigaci\u00f3n se centra en los procesos de negociaci\u00f3n de las joint ventures y adquisiciones analizando la elecci\u00f3n del comportamiento negociador por sus implicaciones sobre los resultados de estos procesos y, con \u00e9stos \u00faltimos, sobre la futura implementaci\u00f3n y performance de las estrategias.  en este sentido, se propone un modelo de negociaci\u00f3n interorganizativa en el que se defiende que el comportamiento negociador viene influido por la interrelaci\u00f3n de impactos de cuatro factores contextuales: la presi\u00f3n temporal, la cultura, la relaci\u00f3n poder-dependencia existente entre las partes y la experiencia previa. Asimismo, se plantea el efecto indirecto que a trav\u00e9s del resto de factores ejerce la experiencia previa.  igualmente, se hace una propuesta de una tipolog\u00eda de comportamientos negociadores (competici\u00f3n\/competici\u00f3n atenuada\/compromiso\/colaboraci\u00f3n) defendiendo que aquellos de car\u00e1cter integrativo est\u00e1n asociados al \u00e9xito de la negociaci\u00f3n.  las proposiciones planteadas se exploran mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de un estudio de casos (tres joint ventures y tres adquisiciones). Los resultados apoyan las predicciones del modelo excepto respecto aquellas relativas al factor cultura.
