En el presente trabajo se ha aplicado la extracci\u00f3n con di\u00f3xido de carbono supercr\u00edtico a la extracci\u00f3n de aceite de borraja debido a la importancia que tiene \u00e9ste como fuente de \u00e1cido gamma-linol\u00e9nico.  se han obtenido experimentalmente los datos de solubilidad del aceite de semilla de borraja en co2 supercr\u00edtico y se han modelizado mediante el empleo de ecuaciones emp\u00edricas y correlaciones termodin\u00e1micas. Se ha determinado experimentalmente los datos de difusividad del aceite de semilla de borraja en di\u00f3xido de carbono supercr\u00edtico. A partir de los anteriores par\u00e1metros se ha desarrollado un modelo de transferencia de materia para modelizar el proceso de extracci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
