El primero de ellos se ha dirigido a estudiar los factores determinantes. Caracteristicas y cuso evolutivo de dos patrones de depresion diferenciados. En el segundo se lleva a cabo tanto la replicacion de los hallazgos fundamentales del primero como el estudio del efecto diferencial de tratamientos especificos hacia los factores determinantes de cada uno de los patrones de depresion, los resultados apoyan, en lineas generales, la existencia de los dos patrones de depresion, resultados el hallazgo fundamental la respuesta diferencial a uno y
