{"id":19032,"date":"2018-03-09T09:07:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/ensayo-de-terapeuticas-antioxidantes-en-un-modelo-de-isquemia-hepatica-intermitente-en-la-rata\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:07:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:07:52","slug":"ensayo-de-terapeuticas-antioxidantes-en-un-modelo-de-isquemia-hepatica-intermitente-en-la-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/ensayo-de-terapeuticas-antioxidantes-en-un-modelo-de-isquemia-hepatica-intermitente-en-la-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensayo de terap\u00e9uticas antioxidantes en un modelo de isquemia hep\u00e1tica intermitente en la rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carlos Loureiro Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se ha valorado la eficacia del \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y la super\u00f3xido dismutasa (sod), en ratas sometidas a isquemia hep\u00e1tica intermitente y hepatectom\u00eda.  con este objetivo se ha desarrollado un modelo que presente una mortalidad suficiente para poder valorar la eficacia de las terap\u00e9uticas ensayadas, comparando la isquemia de los l\u00f3bulos derecho y caudado con la isquemia total del h\u00edgado, siempre asociando una hepatectom\u00eda del 70% al final del procedimiento.  una vez conseguido el modelo (isquemia total en cuatro periodos de 20 minutos con cinco minutos de reperfusi\u00f3n entre ellos y hepatectom\u00eda del 70%), se han ensayado los dos f\u00e1rmacos indicados, comparando los resultados con los obtenidos en animales tratados \u00fanicamente con suero fisiol\u00f3gico.  se ha determinado supervivencia, bioqu\u00edmica s\u00e9rica (a las 24 y 48 horas as\u00ed como a los 7 d\u00edas) y recuperaci\u00f3n de la masa hep\u00e1tica (a los 7 d\u00edas). esta \u00faltima ha sido completa, sin que los tratamientos la modifiquen. La sod \u00fanicamente ha aportado ciertas mejoras en la bioqu\u00edmica s\u00e9rica, aunque sin repercusi\u00f3n en la supervivencia. El \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico ha mejorado la supervivencia aportando mejoras m\u00e1s escasas en la bioqu\u00edmica s\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
