Se propone soluciones y dichos problemas validados con resultados experimentales. A continuaci\u00f3n la tesis se centra en el dise\u00f1o de arquitectores n\u00f3veles de filtros anal\u00f3gicos continuos que gracias al transistor consiguen trabajar con niveles de tensi\u00f3n alrededor de 1,5 v y potencia nw. Los compromisos de dise\u00f1o y ventajas son analizados exhaustivamente y reformados con resultados obtenidos de prototipos fabricados. La \u00faltima parte de la memoria est\u00e1 enfocado al estudio de una forma eficiente de implementaci\u00f3n de circuitos digitales usando el concepto de puerta umbral, siendo estos lalizados con fgmos.
