Incluye: desarrollo de modelos te\u00f3ricos, determinaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros de entrada, escritura de un programa de ordenador, simulaci\u00f3n de casos pr\u00e1cticos y comparaci\u00f3n con los resultados experimentales disponibles.  el modelo completa y mejora un formalismo anterior basado en flujos de material incluyendo ahora el fen\u00f3meno de saturaci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno. Para ello se define un l\u00edmite a la cantidad de ox\u00edgeno que puede quedar localmente retenido y que var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno en el punto.  durante la determinaci\u00f3n de los valores de los par\u00e1metros de entrada se ha desarrollado una intensa labor de recopilaci\u00f3n de datos experimentales, cuyos resultados se incluyen en la memoria, junto con las conclusiones respecto a la variaci\u00f3n de los rendimientos de pulverizado de silico con la energ\u00eda de incidencia y la fracci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno en superficie.  los casos simulados corresponden a energ\u00edas de incidencia de 1 a 5 kev por \u00e1tomo y \u00e1ngulos de incidencia de 0\u00c2\u00ba a 60\u00c2\u00ba respecto a la normal. Se han comprobado el buen funcionamiento del programa, as\u00ed como la concordancia de los casos simulados con los escasos datos experimentales disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
