Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A pesar de los avances conseguidos por las mujeres respecto al logro de derechos fundamentales como ciudadanas del mundo, algo que todab\u00eda define al g\u00e9nero femenino en su situaci\u00f3n de no poder. Lograr el acceso de las mujeres a posiciones de responsabilidad y toma de decisiones es uno de los desaf\u00edos fundamentales del s. Xxi, reivindicado actualmente no s\u00f3lo por motivos de justicia social, sino tambi\u00e9n por argumentos econ\u00f3micos y organizacionales en relaci\u00f3n al m\u00e1ximo aprovechamiento de los recursos humanos disponibles. Una mayor participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en la toma de decisiones es considerada como un modo de afrontar la globilizaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica actual, la cual requiere de un mayor respeto y aprovechamiento de la riqueza ofrecida por la diversidad humana, y m\u00e1s concretamente por la diversidad de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como de un replantamiento de los principios del management hacia estilos de direcci\u00f3n transformacionales en los que las mujeres han sido hist\u00f3ricamente socializadas en base a su identidad de g\u00e9nero.  por ello, con el prop\u00f3sito general de contribuir al desmantelamiento del \u00abtecho de cristal\u00bb que dificulta la promoci\u00f3n profesional de las mujeres, el estudio trata de responder a dos preguntas fundamentales. Por un lado, se analizan las barreras que todav\u00eda impiden el acceso de las mujeres a posiciones de poder, como la cultura organizacional o las cargas familiares. pero, por otro, desde una perspectiva m\u00e1s positiva e innovadora, se pretende vislumbrar los factores que, en base a las exigencias organizacionales actuales, podr\u00edan favorecer su incorporaci\u00f3n.
