La fundamentaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica queda incardinada dentro del paradigma de la psicolog\u00eda econ\u00f3mica aplicada al campo del marketing social, centr\u00e1ndose en los dos protagonistas del intercambio p\u00fablico, el ofertante y el demandante. Se analizan algunas de las peculiaridades de estos dos protagonistas: se estudia el comportamiento del usuario de los servicios p\u00fablicos para el empleo investigando las variables personales de car\u00e1cter end\u00f3geno (valores interpersonales, personalidad y preferencias) llegando a una segmentaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica que posibilit\u00f3 obtener una clasificaci\u00f3n siempre abierta de perfiles denominados interpersonales y psicogr\u00e1ficos respectivamente, lo que permite conocer los principales p\u00fablicos objetivo para una posible comunicaci\u00f3n promocional de estos servicios. De otra forma, se comprende la oferta de servicos de orientaci\u00f3n profesional en la provincia de zaragoza, considerando de forma no aislada sino integral sus dimensiones instrumentales, estrat\u00e9gicas y operativas. Para ello se recoge una aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo de gesti\u00f3n de marketing social, siguiendo un esquema de investigaci\u00f3n-acci\u00f3n, para elaborar el proyecto de creaci\u00f3n de un centro de recursos para orientaci\u00f3n profesional. Como s\u00edntesis de los realizado, por una parte, se han obtenido dos clasificaciones tipol\u00f3gicas referidas a estilos de vida y orientaci\u00f3n interpersonales que han contribuido al
