Socorro V\u00e1zquez Campos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo de tesis doctoral describe el dise\u00f1o de nuevos m\u00edmicos de heparina, p\u00e9ptidos sulfatados, haciendo uso de la qu\u00edmica combinatoria en fase s\u00f3lida como principal herramienta para generar miles de compuestos de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla.  en primer lugar se desarroll\u00f3 un m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis y an\u00e1lisis para generar p\u00e9ptidos sulfatados en fase s\u00f3lida, que posteriormente se utiliz\u00f3 junto con la qu\u00edmica combinatoria para la construcci\u00f3n de peptidotecas.  para la selecci\u00f3n de posibles m\u00edmicos de heparina de entre los miles de compuestos que constituyen estas bibliotecas de p\u00e9ptidos sulfatados, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el dise\u00f1o de un ensayo biol\u00f3gico en fase s\u00f3lida.  en este ensayo de la prote\u00edna fgf-1 (prote\u00edna con alta afinidad por la heparina) marcada con una part\u00edcula fluorescente se un\u00eda a la part\u00edcula s\u00f3lida portadora del posible m\u00edmico de heparina.  posteriormente, las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas fluorescentes se aislaban, y se analziaban por degradaci\u00f3n de edman, para identificar el p\u00e9ptido que portaban.  una vez seleccionados e identificados los p\u00e9ptidos sulfatados en fase s\u00f3lida se realizaron estudios en disoluci\u00f3n para cuantificar as\u00ed su afinidad por la prote\u00ednas fgf-1.
