objeto de obtener respuestas a los siguientes estudios que se resumen en:  1,- determinaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros adecuados, tanto experimentales como instrumentales, que afectan a la generaci\u00f3n del hidruro de as, sb, te y se a partir de disoluciones acuosas para su posterior detecci\u00f3n por hg-afs y establecimiento de las caracter\u00edsticas anal\u00edticas del m\u00e9todo tales como sensibilidad, l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n, precisi\u00f3n, exactitud y porcentaje de recuperaci\u00f3n.  2,- aplicaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo en la determinaci\u00f3n directa y estudio de la especiaci\u00f3n de asiii, asv, sbiii, sbv, teiv, tevi, seiv y sevi en muestras de aguas naturales por hg-afs.  3,- estudio del efecto de algunos interferentes sobre la determinaci\u00f3n de asiii, asv y teiv por hg-afs.  4,- validaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo desarrollado en la determinaci\u00f3n directa de as total inorg\u00e1nico en bebidas refrescantes mediante su comparaci\u00f3n con los resultados obtenidos por una mineralizaci\u00f3n previa de dichas muestras como m\u00e9todo de referencia.  5,- validaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda anal\u00edtica aplicada en la determinaci\u00f3n de te total inorg\u00e1nico en una muestra certificada de sedimento mediante su comparaci\u00f3n con los resultados certificados.  las principales conclusiones que pueden deducirse son las siguientes:  1,- la fluorescencia at\u00f3mica permite la cuantificaci\u00f3n de as, sb, te y se en muestras de aguas naturales, adem\u00e1s presenta ventajas de una elevada sensibilidad, bajo l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n y una elevada precisi\u00f3n.  2,- validaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo para la determinaci\u00f3n directa de as en bebidas referescantes sin tratamiento previo de la muestra, lo que hace que el m\u00e9todo es conveniente para su aplicaci\u00f3n en los an\u00e1lisis de rutina y control de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
