Se han analizado las diferencias y ventajas con respecto a otros m\u00e9todos usados en la literatura, as\u00ed como las condiciones de validez del mismo. El m\u00e9todo permite predecir anal\u00edticamente la existencia de transiciones no-lineales inducidas por ruido. As\u00ed mismo, permite la descripci\u00f3n del diagrama de fases en las cercan\u00edas de la transici\u00f3n al orden inducida por ruido (niot) y, cualitativamente, predice correctamente la reducci\u00f3n de la fase ordenada conforme aumenta el tiempo de correlaci\u00f3n del ruido. Se ha demostrado que, en el l\u00edmite de ruido blanco, el ruido siempre tiende a desestabilizar un estado absorbente del sistema extenso. esto permite conjeturar una condici\u00f3n suficiente de validez del m\u00e9todo. se han confirmado las predicciones anal\u00edticas mediante simulaciones de dos modelos con diferentes acoplamientos con el ruido. El caso de ruido blanco en el espacio permite la regularizaci\u00f3n a todo orden en el tiempo de correlaci\u00f3n de la renormalizaci\u00f3n del coeficiente lineal original. La inclusi\u00f3n de correlaciones espaciales da lugar a un comportamiento no-mon\u00f3tono de la velocidad con la longitud de correlaci\u00f3n.  se ha extendido el estudio al caso de ruidos no-lineales, tomando como paradigma el caso de un cristal l\u00edquido esm\u00f3cetico-c*, o ferroel\u00e9ctrico, en presencia de campos el\u00e9ctrico o magn\u00e9tico estoc\u00e1sticos. Las predicciones anal\u00edticas se han confirmado mediante simulaciones n\u00famericas de un modelo de frentes de la conmutaci\u00f3n de un cristal l\u00edquido ferroel\u00e9ctrico. Se ha discutido la posibilidad de observar experimentalmente los efectos del ruido predichos.  se ha mostrado expl\u00edcitamente mediante simulaciones num\u00e9ricas de dos modelos diferentes
