Las benzodiacepinas inhiben las contracciones del ileon y del musculo longitudinal-plexo mienterico (ml-pm) inducidas por estimulo electrico, el flumacenil presenta la curva dosis-respuesta (cd-r) mas plana; el adinazolan tiene un efecto bifasico, primero estimulante y a mas concentracion inhibidor; el flumacenil incrementa la intensidad de las contracciones. Las benzodiacepinas producen un efecto bifasico sobre la motilidad espontanea del ml-pm y del ileon, a peque\u00f1as concentraciones incrementan la intensidad de las contracciones y concentraciones a partir de 10-5 las inhiben, a excepcion del flunitracepan que muestra un efecto estimulante en todo el rango de concentraciones, el adinazolan tambien tiene un efecto bifasico y el flumacenil incrementa la intensidad de las contracciones. El flumacenil se comporta como antagonista competitivo frente al diacepan y midazolan, pudiendose determinar un pa2 de 5.07+-0.18 y 4.76+-0.05 respectivamente. Aunque el flumacenil antagoniza los efectos del adinazolan y del flunitracepan no se puede tipificar el antagonismo como uno de los descritos clasicamente en los tratados de farmacolog\u00eda molecular.
