Jose Mu\u00f1oz Portero <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral, es un estudio de la corrosi\u00f3n del cobre en disoluciones de libr de 400 g\/l y 700 g\/l. Se ha pretendido conocer la resistencia del cobre a la corrosi\u00f3n en medios altamente concentrados de libr en condiciones similares a las existentes en el interior de las m\u00e1quinas de absorci\u00f3n que utilizan libr como refrigerante.  para el desarrollo de esta investigaci\u00f3n se han utilizado distintas metodolog\u00edas de estudio de la corrosi\u00f3n. Para el estudio de la corrosi\u00f3n est\u00e1tica en diferentes concentraciones de libr y a distintas temperaturas, se han puesto a punto dos m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de la cin\u00e9tica de la corrosi\u00f3n del cobre en los medios indicados. Estos dos m\u00e9todos son el m\u00e9todo electroqu\u00edmico polarogr\u00e1fico y el m\u00e9todo espectrofotom\u00e9trico de absorci\u00f3n molecular ultravioleta-visible. los resultados obtenidos han sido contrastados con la metodolog\u00eda est\u00e1ndar de la p\u00e9rdida de peso de las probetas corro\u00eddas.  el estudio de la corrosi\u00f3n del cobre tambi\u00e9n ha sido abordado mediante t\u00e9cnicas electroqu\u00edmicas, especialmente con las curvas potenciodin\u00e1micas en las que se realiza un barrido de potenciales y se mide la intensidad que circula a trav\u00e9s del sistema. Estos estudios se han realizado con electrodos en condiciones est\u00e1ticas y con electrodos de disco rotatorio (rde) en condiciones din\u00e1micas.  la realizaci\u00f3n de los diagramas de pourbaix (e vs ph) para el sistema cu-br -h2o permite conocer las zonas termodin\u00e1micas de corrosi\u00f3n, inmunidad y pasivaci\u00f3n de este sistema para las mismas concentraciones de libr ensayadas y diferentes concentraciones de iones cobre.
