Ben Mohamed Fdhila Faouzi <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizados el estudio de la actividad inhibidora del crecimiento de vibrio anguillarum de 150 cepas bacterianas de origen marino de las que solamente las cepas c-148 y cf han mostrado capacidad inhibidora.  la actividad antibacteriana se ha evaluado con an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico mediante ensayos de antagonismo tanto en medio s\u00f3lido como l\u00edquido en cultivos puros y cocultivos (la cepa bacteriana + vibrio anguillarum).  los an\u00e1lisis de las caracter\u00edsticas fenot\u00edpicas, fisiol\u00f3gicas, bioqu\u00edmicas y gen\u00e9ticas nos ha permitido la identificaci\u00f3n de la cepa bacteriana c-148 como perteneciente al g\u00e9nero roseobacter y la cepa cf como una nueva cepa.  extracciones selectivas y aplicaci\u00f3n de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas cromatogr\u00e1ficas (amberlita xad-2, gel sephadex lh-20, silica gel y cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquido-l\u00edquido de alta eficacia (hplc)) nos han permitido localizar, aislar y purificar los siguientes compuestos inhibidores:  * cepa c-148 compuestos: z54, z56, z57 uy z59.  * cepa cf compuestos: b711, b712, b713, b714 y b717.  aplicaci\u00f3n de diversas t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas (espectrometr\u00eda de masas y espectroscopia de rmn) nos ha permitido identificarlos como una serie de dicetopepiracinas.  s\u00edntesis de dicetopiperacinas an\u00e1logos a las naturales y con estereoqu\u00edmica variada (ll, dd, ld y dl) permiti\u00f3 comparar su actividad con las naturales, seleccionar las m\u00e1s activas e identificar las caracter\u00edsticas estructurales ligadas a esa actividad.  ensayos in vivo indican que en presencia de estos antibi\u00f3ticos las supervivencia aumenta en valores que oscilan entre el 12% y el 33% a una concentraci\u00f3n de 0,5 ug.Ml-1 mientras que en los cultivos del control hubo una mortalidad del 100% entre el cuarto y el sexto
