(1) emplear la estrategia de matrices multirrasgo-multimetodo en la medicion de la satisfaccion del paciente, descomponiendo las fuentes de variacion de las variables observables -varios cuestionarios de satisfaccion del paciente con los cuidados de enfermeria y con la hospitalizacion en general- en variacion de rasgo, de metodo y de error aleatorio. Los diferentes metodos empleados han sido tres formatos de autoinformes.
