Vega Villar Su\u00e1rez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La p\u00e9rdida o el fallo funcional de un \u00f3rgano o tejido es uno de los problemas m\u00e1s frecuentes y costosos en medicina. El transplante es una soluci\u00f3n imperfecta porque requiere un donante, el material biol\u00f3gico disponible es siempre escaso y se puede producir un rechazo. Como posible alternativa al transplante, la investigaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica acutal ha abierto, durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, un nuevo campo denominado ingenier\u00eda de tejidos. Se trata de utilizar como implantes c\u00e9lulas o tejidos reconstrudios en el laboratorio que limitar\u00edan la necesidad de donantes, aumentar\u00edan la disponibilidad de laboratorio biol\u00f3gico y, si las c\u00e9lulas proceden del propio paciente, evitar\u00edan el rechazo. El prop\u00f3sito de la mayor\u00eda de las investigaciones en este campo, de gran actualidad, es conseguir una sustituci\u00f3n eficaz del tejido da\u00f1ado por un implante producido en el laboratorio que sea similar morfol\u00f3gica y funcionalmente.  en este trabajo analizamos los tres m\u00e9todos de cultivo posibles: cultivo de explantes, cultivo en monocapa y cultivo en agregaci\u00f3n para dise\u00f1ar nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de cultivo interesantes en ingenier\u00eda de tejidos.  el objetivo concreto fue identificar posibles componentes activos de la matriz extracelular de los condroctios, su aislamiento parcial y su adici\u00f3n ex\u00f3gena a los cultivos celulares para conseguir buenos niveles de proliferaci\u00f3n (en un primer paso) y de rediferenciaci\u00f3n (en el segundo), todo ello dirigido a la producci\u00f3n de implantes por ingenier\u00eda de tejidos, con el objeto de provocar la desdiferenciaci\u00f3n y proliferaci\u00f3n de los condrocitos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Cultivo de condrocitos auriculares de conejo para su utilizaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda de tejidos<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Cultivo de condrocitos auriculares de conejo para su utilizaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda de tejidos <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
