Estas proteasas participan en la prote\u00f3lisis de componentes de la matriz extracelular, en la activaci\u00f3n de factores de crecimiento y de otros proenzimas., T-pa se une a anexina ii en c\u00e9lulas endoteliales y u-pa interacciona con u-par en varios tipos celulares.  antecedentes  t-pa est\u00e1 sobreexpresado en l\u00edneas de c\u00e1ncer de p\u00e1ncreas, pero no en cultivos primarios del p\u00e1ncreas normal  objetivos  analizar la expresi\u00f3n de t-pa en los tumores pancre\u00e1ticos y compararla con la de u-pa y sus receptores anexina ii y u-par. Estudiar la contribuci\u00f3n de t-pa y u-pa al fenotipo tumoral. Analizar si anexina ii puede actuar como receptor de t-pa en c\u00e1ncer de p\u00e1ncreas.  resultados  t-pa est\u00e1 sobreexpresado en &gt;90% de los tumores pancre\u00e1ticos y anexina ii en un 40% y la expresi\u00f3n de ambos se asocia m\u00e1s espec\u00edficamente al fenotipo tumoral., U-par se sobreexpresan en c\u00e1ncer de p\u00e1ncreas y conjuntamente con u-pa, en \u00e1reas de pancreatitis peritumoral. La capacidad invasiva in vitro de las c\u00e9lulas tumorales pancre\u00e1ticas depende de u-pa y t-pa. El uso de un inhibidor qu\u00edmico de t-pa pefabloc\/t-pa, oligonucle\u00f3tidos antisentido que bloquean la expresi\u00f3n de t-pa, o la introducci\u00f3n estable de una construcci\u00f3n generadora de rnas antisentido contra el mrna de t-pa, inhibe la invasi\u00f3n in vitro y al crecimiento in vitro e in vivo. La inhibici\u00f3n del crecimiento tumoral in vivo correlaciona con un menor n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas en proliferaci\u00f3n y con una disminuci\u00f3n de la respuesta angiog\u00e9nica. In vitro, la supresi\u00f3n de t-pa disminuye la capacidad de las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales para organizarse en estructuras tubulares y la migraci\u00f3n in vitro.
