Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se estudia la s\u00edntesis de nuevos sistemas de 1,3-tiazolio-4-olato utilizando tioureas y tioamidas derivados de carbohidratos como productos de partida, preparadas a partir de productos comerciales como la n-metil-d-glucamina y la d-gluco-nolactona.  las reacciones de cicloadici\u00f3n 1,3-dipolar de estos sistemas con dipolar\u00f3filos acetil\u00e9nicos, olef\u00ednicos y azodipolar\u00f3filos constituyen un m\u00e9todo sencillo que nos permite sintetizar una variedad de c- y n- nucle\u00f3sidos de cadena abierta.  concretamente cuando los nuevos sistemas de 1,3-tiazolio-4-olato sintetizados reaccionan con acetilendicarboxilato de dimetilo se obtienen anillos de 2-piridona y de tiofeno.  la reacci\u00f3n de estos compuestos con azodicarboxilato de dietilo da lugar a anillos de triazina y anillos de tiazol.  los nuevos heterociclos mesoi\u00f3nicos permiten sintetizar c-nucle\u00f3sidos polic\u00edclicos y anillos de 1,-2-dihidrtiofenos cuando reaccionan con dipolar\u00f3filos olef\u00ednicos como n-fenilmaleimida, 1,4-benzoquinona, 1,4-naftoquinona, metil vinil cetona, acrilato de metilo y acrilonitrilo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Sintesis y reactividad de sistemas de 1,3-tiazolio-4-olato<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Sintesis y reactividad de sistemas de 1,3-tiazolio-4-olato <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Arevalo Caballero M.
