{"id":19589,"date":"2018-03-09T09:08:36","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:08:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/derivados-beta-imino-y-beta-hidrazono-fosforados-como-intermedios-en-sa%c2%adntesis-organica\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:08:36","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:08:36","slug":"derivados-beta-imino-y-beta-hidrazono-fosforados-como-intermedios-en-sa%c2%adntesis-organica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/pais-vasco-euskal-herriko-unibertsitatea\/derivados-beta-imino-y-beta-hidrazono-fosforados-como-intermedios-en-sa%c2%adntesis-organica\/","title":{"rendered":"Derivados beta-imino y beta-hidrazono fosforados como intermedios en s\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Javier Vicario Hernando <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Inicialmente se ha desarrollado una ruta sint\u00e9tica para la preparaci\u00f3n de compuestos im\u00ednicos e hidraz\u00f3nicos beta-fosforados sencillos a partir de alenos o compuestos carbon\u00edlicos beta-fosforados y aminas, para posteriormente llevar a cabo el estudio de su funcionalizaci\u00f3n regioselectiva con el objeto de dotar a estas mol\u00e9culas de polifuncionalidad aprovechable en nuevos pasos sint\u00e9ticos.  a continuaci\u00f3n, se han utilizado las iminas e hidrazonas beta-fosforadas polifuncionalizadas para la preparaci\u00f3n de una variedad de compuestos, quirales y aquirales, fosforados c\u00edclicos y ac\u00edclicos, y se ha llevado a cabo la puesta a punto de una sencilla ruta sint\u00e9tica para la preparaci\u00f3n de 1-azadienos derivados de alfa-amino\u00e1cidos y alfa-aminofosfonatos, bien mediante olefinaci\u00f3n de los compuestos enam\u00ednicos beta-fosforados o a trav\u00e9s de reacciones aza-wittig de los compuestos carbon\u00edlicos alfa,beta-insaturados.  asimismo, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de la reactividad de estos 1-azadienos frente a reductores y nucle\u00f3filos en reacciones de adici\u00f3n conjugada. Los 1-azadienos preparados han sido tambi\u00e9n empleados con \u00e9xito en reacciones de electrociclaci\u00f3n 6* para la preparaci\u00f3n de quinolinas sencillas y fosforadas, en reacdiones de
