El empleo de la liofilizaci\u00f3n de disoluciones acusosas como v\u00eda de aislamiento de precursores desrodenados, a partir de los que se obtienen los productos finales, he permitido mejorar las propiedades de estos sistemas.  en el sistema co1-xnixmoo4 se han preparado materiales monof\u00e1sicos mediante reacciones en estado s\u00f3lido en condiciones muy suaves, lo que ha permitido obtener materiales nanom\u00e9tricos, con una alta homogeneidad qu\u00edmica y elevados valores de \u00e1rea superficial y rendimientos en la oxideshidrogenaci\u00f3n de alcanos ligeros. El empleo de precursores preparados por liofilizaci\u00f3n nos permite un estricto control sobre la estequimetr\u00eda de las muestras, obteniendo productos monof\u00e1sicos con estequimetr\u00eda variable.  en el sistema si1-xtixo2, hemos obtenido productos con una elevada dispersi\u00f3n del titanio en la red amorfa de la s\u00edlice. El entorno del titantio es mayoritariamente tetra\u00e9drio. Los materiales, constituidos por part\u00edculas nanom\u00e9tricas, presentan elevados valores de \u00e1rea superficial (500 m2\/g). La actividad de estos productos es inferior a la de los catalizadores industriales con lo que se compara, debido fundamentalmente a la baja hidrofobicidad de su superficie.  por \u00faltimo, se ha preparado compuestos intermet\u00e1lilcos de los sistemas coxmy (m=mo, w), materiales con un elevado inter\u00e9s tecnol\u00f3gico como materiales de refuerzo en aleaciones. El empleo de precursores preparados por lilofilizaci\u00f3n supone una nueva v\u00eda de s\u00edntesis de esta clase de compuestos, que permite obtener productos monof\u00e1sicos con tama\u00f1o de
