{"id":19615,"date":"2018-03-09T09:08:38","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:08:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/integrated-optics-technology-on-silicon-optical-transducers\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:08:38","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:08:38","slug":"integrated-optics-technology-on-silicon-optical-transducers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/integrated-optics-technology-on-silicon-optical-transducers\/","title":{"rendered":"Integrated optics technology on silicon: optical transducers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Andreu Llobera Adan <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se han desarrollado los procesos tecnol\u00f3gicos que permiten la obtenci\u00f3n de dispositivos \u00f3pticos integrados basados en silicio utilizando estructuras guiaondas arrow. \u00e9Stas estructuras, en comparaci\u00f3n con las gu\u00edas de onda est\u00e1ndar, tienen unas caracter\u00edsticas modales que dependen del fabry-perot situado debajo de la capa n\u00facleo, hecho que permite obtener tama\u00f1os de n\u00facleo comparables a las dimensiones de la fibra \u00f3ptica, reduciendo las p\u00e9rdidas de inserci\u00f3n. A partir de las simulaciones realizadas por el m\u00e9todo de las diferencias finitas y de los elementos finitos han sido desarrollada toda una serie de nuevas geometr\u00edas que permiten solucionar en gran parte los problemas inherentes de dispositivos \u00f3pticos integrados, como pueden ser la divisi\u00f3n 3db en y o el acoplador direccional. Considerando las limitaciones de los procesos fotolitogr\u00e1ficos, \u00e9stos nuevos dispositivos no presentan estructuras inferiores a las 2um, as\u00ed como una mayor robustez, tanto en el alineamiento fibra-gu\u00eda como en el comportamiento global de la estructura. Finalmente, han sido desarrollados los aceler\u00f3metros \u00f3pticos de diafragma y desalineamiento, obteniendo una variaci\u00f3n de la potencia en funci\u00f3n del campo gravitatorio
