Azanzadu <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La ciclofosfamida es agente citoest\u00e1tico ampliamente utilizado en oncolog\u00eda por su probada eficacia frente a tumores s\u00f3lidos de mama, pulm\u00f3n, etc. la quimioterapia antitumoral constituye un tratamiento de elecci\u00f3n en estadios finales de la enfermedad neopl\u00e1sica y metaest\u00e1sica, siendo el resultado el balance entre la potencia citot\u00f3xica de un f\u00e1rmaco frente a un determinado tipo de tumor y los efectos secundarios que produce en otros \u00f3rganos sanos.  el principal objetivo de este trabajo ha sido el dise\u00f1o y caracterizaci\u00f3n de una nueva forma de administraci\u00f3n de ciclofosfamida. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo la asociaci\u00f3n de la ciclofosfamida a matrices polim\u00e9ricas biodegradables de polialquilcianoacrilatos formando nanopart\u00edculas.  en la primera fase del trabajo se desarroll\u00f3 y optimiz\u00f3 la asociaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco a sistemas coloidales de polialquilcianoacrilatos de estructura matricial (nanoesferas) determinando su morfometr\u00eda (tama\u00f1o promedio de part\u00edcula y polidispersi\u00f3n) por espectroscopia de correlaci\u00f3n de fotones y microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n, en diferentes condiciones experimentales. se ha dise\u00f1ado y validado un m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico de espectroscopia de emisi\u00f3n de plasma por acoplamiento inductivo para la determinaci\u00f3n del principio activo en el sistema coloidal, basado en el an\u00e1lisis de f\u00f3sforo presente en la muestra.  en la segunda fase del trabajo se ha estudiado las interacciones f\u00e1rmaco-pol\u00edmero en los sistemas coloidales de naturaleza matricial desarrollados por m\u00e9todos espectrosc\u00f3picos y t\u00e9rmicos, analizando asimismo el perfil de liberaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco en diferentes formulaciones.  finalmente, se hane fectuado ensayos de degradaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y enzim\u00e1tica y de estabilidad acelerada de las formulaciones en diferentes condiciones experimentales analizando su tolerancia ocular \u00abin vivo\u00bb.  en base a los resultados obtenidos por las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas, se ha seleccionado la<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de ciclofosfamida a sistemas matriciales de polialquilcianoacrilatos<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Asociaci\u00f3n de ciclofosfamida a sistemas matriciales de polialquilcianoacrilatos <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Salgueiro Bagues M.
