Se sit\u00faa en el contexto curricular de la universidad ramkhamhaeng, tailandia, en el cual se encuentran alumnos adultos de habla tailandesa. Atendiendo a la dimensi\u00f3n instrumental de la lengua para la comunicaci\u00f3n -incorporada a la ense\u00f1anza de lengua bajo el concepto de competencia comunicativa-, nuestro foco de investigaci\u00f3n se centra en la competencia audio-articulaci\u00f3n (caa) que sirve a la orientaci\u00f3n pragm\u00e1tica de los estudios de ele en dicha universidad. Dicha competencia se concibe como parte de la componente ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica, la cual, junto con la componente discursiva, la componente referencial y la componente sociocultural, constituye la competencia comunicativa.  la funci\u00f3n de la caa en la comunicaci\u00f3n oral ha sido abordada desde una perspectiva psico-fisiol\u00f3gica y la concepci\u00f3n sobre su naturaleza mediante un enfoque multidisciplinar, para lo cual hemos recurrido a estudios te\u00f3ricos y emp\u00edricos pertenecientes a diversas disciplinas: la ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica, la pragm\u00e1tica, la socioling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica, las neurociencias, la psicolog\u00eda y la psicoling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica.  a partir de este marco epistemol\u00f3gico, se han establecido los par\u00e1metros esenciales que orientan el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n propiamente dicho. hemos adoptado el an\u00e1lisis contrastivo (ac) com modelo de investigaci\u00f3n y, en funci\u00f3n de la exclusiva virtualidad de dicho an\u00e1lisis en el \u00e1mbito f\u00f3nico, hemos analizado contrastivamente las estructuras f\u00f3nicas del espa\u00f1ol y del tailand\u00e9s, aunque no significa que compartamos la visi\u00f3n proveniente de la ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica contrastiva o la psicolog\u00eda conductista. Paralelamente hemos realizado el estudio de las muestras de la producci\u00f3n articulatoria de las estructuras f\u00f3nicas espa\u00f1olas por parte de alumnos tail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
