Con el fin de explorar nuevas estrategias para la posible mejora de este problema, el trabajo que se presenta en esta tesis trata acerca de la s\u00edntesis de nuevos materiales polim\u00e9ricos portadores de triflusal, con aplicaciones en el campo de la cirug\u00eda vascular. La memoria ha sido estructurada en cinco cap\u00edtulos.  el cap\u00edtulo i, incluye los principales objetivo del trabajo as\u00ed como la introducci\u00f3n general.  a continuaci\u00f3n, en el cap\u00edtulo ii se detallan los procedimientos para la s\u00edntesis de los diferentes sistemas polim\u00e9ricos, as\u00ed como para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los mismos y los correspondientes resultados.  en el cap\u00edtulo iii, se describe el comportamiento de los sistemas sintetizados en midos acuosos temponados, en cuanto a grado de hinchamiento y liberaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmaco.  en el cap\u00edtulo iv, se describen las aplicaciones que se hane studiado de estos pol\u00edmeros, \u00e9stas son principalmente como recubrimiento de pr\u00f3tesis vasculares de goretex y como sistemas de liberaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos.
