Varios genes supresores tumorales se ha visto que est\u00e1n relacionados con su desarrollo. En el presente trabajo se han analizado los genes supresores tumorales p53, p16ink4a y p14arf, as\u00ed como el gen detoxificador gstp1, encontr\u00e1ndose alteraciones en todos ellos a lo largo de la evoluci\u00f3n del chc.  as\u00ed, el gen p53 se ha visto que se encuentra alterado en estadios tard\u00edos de la enfermedad y su actividad  se ve influenciada por la presencia de los virus de la hepatitis b y c. Los genes p16ink4a y p14arf se han encontrado alterados por diversos mecanismos, principalmente por hipermetilaci\u00f3n de sus promotores, en los estadios tempranos y prenopl\u00e1sicos de la enfermedad. el gen gstp1 tambi\u00e9n se ha visto alterado epigen\u00e9ticamente en estadios tard\u00edos de la enfermedad. As\u00ed mismo, se ha comprobado que el tejido hep\u00e1tico es un campo de cancerizaci\u00f3n en el cual pueden surgir diferentes tumores con diferente clonalidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
