Bel\u00e9n Prendes Gero <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se desarrolla y analiza un algoritmo gen\u00e9tico denominado \u00abelitista\u00bb capaz de obtener el peso m\u00ednimo de la estructura bajo restricciones ambientales de tensi\u00f3n y coeficientes de seguridad marcados por la normativa considerada.  se define un nuevo operador de selecci\u00f3n, denominado \u00abaptitud\u00bb, que aumenta la velocidad de convergencia al eliminar los peores individuos de cada generaci\u00f3n y un nuevo operador de cruce, denominado \u00abpor un fenotipo\u00bb que no crea nuevas secciones al intercambiar informaci\u00f3n.  todo ello se implementa en un entorno gr\u00e1fico \u00abprograma gademo\u00bb, que permite la modificaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros y variables de dise\u00f1o del algoritmo gen\u00e9tico de forma f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida. Muestra, en tiempo de ejecuci\u00f3n, la distribuci\u00f3n de individuos en las sucesivas poblaciones y genera, tanto de forma gr\u00e1fica como a trav\u00e9s de fichero de texto, los resultados de los procesos de optimizaci\u00f3n y los hist\u00f3ricos de los mismos.  una vez implementado el programa, se efect\u00faa la optimizaci\u00f3n de una estructura bidimensional y de dos estructuras tridimensionales.  en la primera se analiza la influencia del valor de los par\u00e1metros y operadores sobre el comportamiento de ag elitista sugiriendo entonces, unos valores que aumenten la velocidad de convergencia y obtengan mejores individuos \u00f3ptimos.
