{"id":19765,"date":"2002-04-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-04-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/transferencia-intra-e-intermoleculares-de-proton-en-sistemas-conjugados\/"},"modified":"2002-04-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-04-11T00:00:00","slug":"transferencia-intra-e-intermoleculares-de-proton-en-sistemas-conjugados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/nacional-de-educacion-a-distancia\/transferencia-intra-e-intermoleculares-de-proton-en-sistemas-conjugados\/","title":{"rendered":"Transferencia intra- e intermoleculares de prot\u00f3n en sistemas conjugados"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Marta P\u00e9rez Torralba <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La importancia de las asociaciones intra- e intermoleculares mediante puentes de hidr\u00f3geno ha sido reconocida desde su descubrimiento y continua siendo un concepto de gran relevancia para entender las propiedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas de las mol\u00e9culas; sin embargo la determinaci\u00f3n y localizaci\u00f3n de este tipo de enlaces hasta hace unos a\u00f1os se ha hecho de forma indirecta.  el objetivo fundamental de esta tesis doctoral se ha centrado en el estudio de la transferencia prot\u00f3nica (en disoluci\u00f3n y en estado s\u00f3lido) desde un \u00e1tomo dador a otro aceptor a trav\u00e9s de puente de hidr\u00f3geno en los sistemas:  -6-aminofulveno-4-aldiminas (transferencia prot\u00f3nica intramolecular).  -2-aminotroponiminas (transferencia prot\u00f3nica inter- e intramolecular).  -azapentalenos (transferencia prot\u00f3nica intermolecular).  el desarrollo del proyecto se ha abordado siguiendo la metodolog\u00eda:  &#8211; s\u00edntesis de las mol\u00e9culas a estudiar marcadas con nitr\u00f3geno-15.  &#8211; estudio estructural est\u00e1tico y din\u00e1mico en disoluci\u00f3n, mediante las t\u00e9cnicas de rmn de 1h, 2h, 13c, 15n y 17o.  -estudio estructural est\u00e1tico y din\u00e1mico en estado s\u00f3lido, mediante la rmn cpmas de 13c y 15n y por an\u00e1lisis de difracci\u00f3n de rayos x.  &#8211; los resultados experimentales se han racionalizado mediante m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo te\u00f3rico ab initio hartree-fock (hf) e h\u00edbridos del funcional de la densidad (b3lyp), utilizando bases de tipo gaussian 6-31g* y 6-31g**.  en los derivados bis-sustituidos de 6-aminofulveno-1-aldimina en disoluci\u00f3n, se ha demostrado que cuando r1=r2, se produce una r\u00e1pida transferencia prot\u00f3nica intramolecular, observando se\u00f1ales promedio para cada uno de los n\u00facleos de la mol\u00e9cula. En estado s\u00f3lido la transferencia prot\u00f3nica es m\u00e1s lenta y se aprecian dos se\u00f1ales para los nitr\u00f3genos n1 y n9, y aunque no se llega a bloquear completamente la prototrop\u00eda a baja temperatura, se ha podido estimar la barrera para la transferencia prot\u00f3nica intramolecu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
