El mantenimiento predictivo pretende, mediante el uso de las t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas, realizar una vigilancia peri\u00f3dica de los componentes o estructuras de la planta, controlar las posibles degradaciones y anticiparse a las roturas.  el presente trabajo se orienta hacia el uso de una de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s fruct\u00edferas del mantenimiento predictivo, el an\u00e1lisis de ruido, a tres problemas de gran inter\u00e9s en la industria nuclear. El objetivo es doble. por una parte se pretende sacar conclusiones de inter\u00e9s en los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y valorar las posibles aplicaciones de los resultados, y por otro, prestar especial atenci\u00f3n al estudio de los fen\u00f3menos f\u00edsicos involucrados, lo que resulta imprescindible para entender los procesos que tienen lugar.  en dos casos la atenci\u00f3n se centra en el combustible nuclear. En el primero se hace uso de las t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis de ruido para obtener el tiempo de transito del calor en la barra de combustible. Este par\u00e1metro determina el tiempo que la temperatura de una barra de combustible tarda en responder a un aumento repentino de la potencia. En segundo lugar se aborda el problema de la interacci\u00f3n de la pastilla y la vaina del combustible nuclear. Esta interacci\u00f3n, conocida como pcmi, resulta ser el principal mecanismo de fallo de las barras de combustible. Para terminar, se propone un modelo f\u00edsico simplificado de la din\u00e1mica de funcionamiento de un sensor de temperatura (rtd) y se considera el problema de la medida de su tiempo de respuesta
