Las im\u00e1genes de los injertos congelados y criopreservados se obtuvieron siguiendo la misma metodolog\u00eda.  conclusiones  el microscopio de barrido ambiental es una herramienta \u00fatil para fotografiar la superficie de injertos osteocondrales frescos, congelados y criopreservados.  la superficie articular de los injertos frescos no es totalmente lisa, hall\u00e1ndose diversos aspectos clasificables en un sistema cualitativo para la detecci\u00f3n de cambios en situaciones experimentales o patol\u00f3gicas. La superficie del injerto congelado presenta aumento de colinas y protuberancias al compararlos con los injertos frescos y criopreservados, as\u00ed como un mayor n\u00famero de lagunas condroc\u00edticas vac\u00edas.  la superficie del injerto criopreservado muestra aumento de colinas y protuberancias al compararlos con los injertos frescos.  los condrocitos del tejido criopreservado difieren del fresco algunas oportunidades, mostrando im\u00e1genes de posible lesi\u00f3n en su membranas asi como lagunas vac\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
