investigaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo primordial conocer con atenci\u00f3n y profundidad cu\u00e1l es el proceso formativo que ha desarrollado el entrenador espa\u00f1ol de voleibol, exponiendo las consideraciones que hacen los entrenadores sobre su propia formaci\u00f3n, valorando cu\u00e1l es la realidad en la que se mueven, de las necesidades y sus intereses.  exponemos la formaci\u00f3n que recibe todo el profesorado de manera general, el especialista de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y el t\u00e9cnico deportivo, y dentro de este \u00faltimo, el entrenador de voleibol; asimismo hacemos presentamos los cambios legislativos que ha sufrido la formaci\u00f3n del entrenador hasta nuestros d\u00edas.  hemos utilizado t\u00e9cnicas de recogida de informaci\u00f3n tanto cuantitativas
