Para la identificaci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de estos anticuerpos el doctorando introdujo en nuestro laboratorio la t\u00e9cnica conocida como de pep sport synthesys.  * identificaci\u00f3n, validaci\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n estructural de zonas de secuencia de la helicasa dnab implicadas en la interpretaci\u00f3n con su prote\u00edna auxiliar. para ello, emple\u00f3 una combinaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas y bioqu\u00edmicas y de an\u00e1lisis de la estructura de prote\u00ednas (secundaria, terciaria y cuaternaria).  * caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural del polimorfismo cuaternario de la helicasa replicativa g40p e identificaci\u00f3n de los fen\u00f3menos que gofiernan este fen\u00f3meno in vitro, para lo que emple\u00f3 t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de espec\u00edmenes te\u00f1idos negativamente y procesamiento digital de im\u00e1genes, con especial hincapi\u00e9 en el cap\u00edtulo de detecci\u00f3n de heterogeneidades en la simetr\u00eda rotacional de las part\u00edculas. En paralelo, realiz\u00f3 estudios bioqu\u00edmicos que permitieron encontrar una correlaci\u00f3n muy buena a la vez que sugerente entre el estado cuaternario de una helicasa replicativa y su actividad bioqu\u00edmica.  * formaci\u00f3n y visualizaci\u00f3n por vez primera de los complejos entre la helicasa g40p y su prote\u00edna auxiliar g39p. Los estudios de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de estos complejos han descrito por vez primera la existencia de polimorfismo cuaternario en un complejo helicasa-prote\u00edna auxiliar.  * visualizaci\u00f3n de complejos entre una prote\u00edna organizadora del replisoma (dnaa) y una helicasa (dnab) ensamblados sobre el origen de replicaci\u00f3n bacteriana (oric de e.Coli), lo que ha
