Dentro de este grupo cabe destacar las naftalimidas, potentes agentes citot\u00f3xicos desarrollados fundamentalmente por bra\u00f1a y col., Obteni\u00e9ndose amonafide y elinafide, compuestos que han sido seleccionados para ensayos cl\u00ednicos por el nci (instituto nacional del c\u00e1ncer americano) y por los laboratorios basf pharma respectivamente, dada su elevada activida antitumoral. Estos interesantes resultados nos ha llevado, en esta tesis, a extender la s\u00edntesis y el estudio de la actividad biol\u00f3gica a otras naftalimidas donde se han condensado angularmente diferentes heterociclos.  el ciclo celular est\u00e1 regido por las ciclinas y las cdks que fosforilan una serie de prote\u00ednas necesarias para la progresi\u00f3n del ciclo celular. su relaci\u00f3n directa con numerosos neoplasias humanas, han hecho que el desarrollo de inhibidores selectivos de estas enzimas frente a otras quinasas haya cobrado relevancia en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Concretamente, en este trabajo se ha desarrollado la s\u00edntesis y evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de una nueva serie de pirazolopiridazinas, debido al interesante perfil biol\u00f3gico como
